Privacy policy

What the plugin receives

The plugin does not ask for names, contact details, children's names or ages, financial figures, or anything about your spouse.

What it sends back

A checklist built from your answers: each question's label, a status, a short note, how mediation usually goes, a safety line if you flagged a concern, a disclaimer, and (in Minnesota only) links to pages on flannelpeoplemediation.com. It contains no personal information beyond your answers.

What is stored

Nothing. The server keeps no record of your answers, no request bodies, no IP addresses and no user identifiers. If a request fails, the server logs the type of error only, kept by the host for up to 30 days.

Who processes it

The server runs on DigitalOcean. ChatGPT handles your conversation under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. If you open a link to flannelpeoplemediation.com, that site's own privacy policy applies there.

Children

The plugin does not seek information about children and is not directed to anyone under 13.

Your choices

Because nothing is stored, there is nothing to access or delete. You can disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT at any time.
